  • Ballroom dancing is for everyone. It improves your physical, mental and emotional health. It is a way of making new friends and extending your social life. You do not need to come with a partner and people with two left feet are more than welcome.

Ballroom dancing classes are held at Christchurch hall, Seaside Eastbourne on Thursday evenings.

The absolute beginners class is from 7-8pm and covers the basic steps of social foxtrot, waltz, quickstep, tango, cha cha cha, rumba, samba and social jive as well as  a few very popular Sequence dances such as the Square Tango over 12 weeks.

You are welcome to join us at any time. 😀

The advanced beginners and returners class runs from 8-9pm and covers one ballroom dance and one Latin American dance in more detail and learning more steps than the absolute beginners over a 6 week period.

In January we will begin working on the Tango and the Samba.

The post code is BN22 7NN and there is a free car park in front of the church. The entrance to the car park is marked by a post box and a bus stop.

I look forward to seeing you soon.

The hall is behind the church.
