Hello everyone. I hope you are having a great summer and enjoying the good weather. I am looking forward to our classes reopening in September and I have some exciting plans for the forthcoming year.
Last year was certainly different. We reopened in September following our Covid closures but still with several Covid procedures in place. Gradually these were removed and we even managed a low key Christmas celebration. I reintroduced a sequence class after Easter, which is building nicely, and our beginners have now progressed to the improvement class. This means there will be a new absolute beginners ballroom class starting in September on a Tuesday. Please contact me if you,or a friend,would like to book a place.
I hope you enjoy looking baton 2021/2. Social dances are now returning. Gordon is now running his regular Happy Feet dances on Tuesdays and Saturdays. We will be running our Christmas tea dance to raise funds for St. Peter’s church in the Hydneye and I hope the MacMillan charity ball will run at the Winter Gardens again.
We have several classes but personal tuition is also available for individuals and couples with specific needs. Please contact me for further details.
